Radiator is a heat exchanger used to transfer thermal energy from one medium to another for the purpose of cooling. The majority of radiators are constructed to function in electronics, manufacturing machines and equipments, automobiles and engines. The radiator generally transfers the bulk of the heat by conduction and convection. For electronics cooling, the radiator known as heat sink is used to convey the heat from the electronic components into a cooling air stream. The radiators can be made of copper, brass, aluminium or steel according to the specific requirements or specifications of the customers.
