The radiator generally transfers the bulk of the heat by conduction and convection. For electronics cooling, the radiator known as heat sink is used to convey the heat from the electronic components into a cooling air stream. The radiators can be made of copper, brass, aluminium or steel according to the specific requirements or specifications of the customers.
